Metrojet Haite Business Aviation Company Ltd., a joint venture between ExecuJet Haite—a wholly owned subsidiary of the Haite Group and Metrojet Limited, a Hong Kong-based business jet operator, announces the successful completion of the equity transfer of Funian Aviation Co., Ltd. (Funian) to Southern Star Aviation Limited (南星(深圳)公务航空有限公司).
Following the completion of this 100% equity transfer on 26 July 2024, Metrojet Haite Business Aviation Company Ltd. no longer holds any equity in Funian.
