Job Purpose

As the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC), you will be the point of operational ownership for all business jet trip requests—planning, coordinating, executing, and overseeing each mission to ensure a smooth, discreet, and high-standard services for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Be the first point of contact for the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) for Metrojet Flight Operations services.

2. Manage all client communications, including enquiries, new trip requests, and itinerary changes, delivering timely, consultative, and personalized solutions.

3. Coordinate crew assignments with Lead Captains (LC) and support crewing changes with Flight Operations Management when required.

4. Monitor crew compliance and readiness, including FDP/FTL limits, rest and days off, qualifications, training, licenses, and landing recency.

5. Enter and maintain accurate trip details in the flight scheduling system to ensure timely distribution to all relevant parties.

6. Liaise with vendors to obtain operational requirements and constraints for destination/alternate airports, FIRs, and air routes

Job Specifications

Education:

• Minimum of 3 years of aviation experience with bachelor’s degree in aviation, hospitality or related field

Experience:

• Holder of FAA dispatcher certificate is an advantage
• Proficiency in managing charter flights is an advantage
• Proficiency in flight scheduling system, FOS is preferred
• A thorough knowledge of Flight Time Limitations (FTLs)
• Experience of managing high-volume of plan/ schedule and ability to work shift

Job Purpose:

Perform and oversee maintenance and engineering activities on aircraft and/or components, within the company's regulatory approved capability.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure all scheduled maintenance is reviewed and carried out on time accordingly, with the project program, standards pre-defined and mandatory maintenance directives and requirements.
• Review, plan and ensure all tools and equipment required for every project are available and serviceable.
• Perform and oversee daily maintenance and engineering activities to ensure that all maintenance actions are performed as per the standards and requirements approved by the Company and in an efficient and timely manner with minimum downtime; report the daily maintenance activities to the Maintenance Manager daily as applicable and relevant Operations personnel as per the company requirements.
• Ensure all manhours are reviewed daily and clocked accordingly.
• Coordinate all unscheduled maintenance actions, provide recommendations to the maintenance personnel, to utilize allocated downtime in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure that pre-flight inspections are carried out in accordance with company procedures and quality requirements to guarantee a high level of safety in all flights.
• Ensure that crew members are provided with all the required support concerning maintenance related issues, to guarantee the safety and reliability of the aircraft.
• Ensure Work Orders are released to service in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures to maintain aircraft safety, effective record keeping and minimum downtime.
• Ensure all aircraft technical publication and references used in carrying out the tasks are approved and updated.
• Ensure correct/proper tools and equipment (calibrated/serviceable) are used in aircraft maintenance activities.
• Comply with company and authority's safety, quality and regulatory standards at all times and report deficiencies, if any.
• Ensure all PPEs are used by maintenance personnel, as applicable.
• Always keep aircraft and facility clean and tidy to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by the Manager, Aircraft Maintenance

 Job Specifications:

 License Required

• Holder of a valid CAAP, FAA or EASA B1 or B2, base maintenance level environment is required.

 Experience

• 5 to 10 years' experience with Type Rating in King Air/ Bombardier/ Gulfstream/ Embraer/ Learjet/ Dassault Falcon aircraft products
• Working knowledge of inspection procedures, methods, equipment and accepted industry standards

Job Purpose

This position mainly supports the growth of aircraft parts sales and aftermarket service programs. The role focuses on driving revenue through parts distribution and maintenance-related programs within the business aviation sector.

Key Accountabilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for aircraft parts, components, and aftermarket programs (e.g., maintenance support, component repair, After-Market programs).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding parts sales and aftermarket services.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Actively prospect and engage with business aviation operators, MROs, and part sales agent companies as well as customers.
• Coordinate with technical, Supply Chain team, and external Suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and services.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the aviation aftermarket sector and provide market feedback to internal teams.
• Assist ad-hoc projects and tasks as instructed by the management / supervisor.

Job Specifications

 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aviation sales, preferably in parts trading, MRO, or aftermarket programs.
• Strong understanding of aircraft components, supply chain, and maintenance processes.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

Job Purpose:

The Company Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of employees through preventive care, first aid treatment, and health education. In addition, the role includes administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the clinic/first-aid room, safety programs, and Administration Department.

Key Accountabilities:

Medical Duties:

1. Provide first aid treatment and basic medical care to employees during workplace injuries or illnesses
2. Assess and monitor employees’ health conditions and refer to external medical professionals when necessary
3. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality.
4. Promote and conduct health education programs and wellness initiatives.
5. Administer prescribed medications and monitor the compliance.
6. Assist in annual physical examinations and health screenings.
7. Assist Safety Officer in implementation of safety protocols and safety regulations such DOLE & OSH policies and standards.
8. Assess workplace health risk and developing intervention programs. Conduct routine health checks.
9. Coordinate with Safety Officer in conducting emergency drills.

 Administration:

1. Manage clinic and admin supplies and ensure proper inventory control
2. Purchase request of pantry and office supplies
3. Prepare and submit health-related reports to HR or management.
4. Assist Safety Officer and coordinate to hospital for scheduling of Annual Physical Examination (APE).
5. Assist in processing health insurance claims and documentation.
6. Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals and company health programs.
7. Support HR and S.O. in implementing occupational health and safety policies.
8. Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling, and responding to inquiries.
9. Serve as back for arranging and consolidating requirements of the building insurance, business, CDC permits from concern departments and other similar entities regulatory agencies
10. Serve as back up for coordination and distribution of staff uniforms
11. Serve as back up receptionist
12. Assist in any company events
13. Other Tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Job Specifications

Education:

• Degree Holder as BS Nurse

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience as Company Nurse and in office administration
• Preferably with working experience in a freeport zone and comfortable to work with Senior Management and Expats.
