HONG KONG

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing Aircraft Management and Charter (AMC) Business Development and Sales, focusing on Hong Kong and Asia Pacific regions.

Key Accountabilities:

      • Accountable for developing and capturing new business (including aircraft management, charter and aircraft sales) to meet/exceed annual sales targets in a sustainable and profitable manner
      • Devise sales strategy and provide market insights and analysis to D-AMC / MD AMC for any business opportunities and to expand the Metrojet service offering
      • Develop business strategy, prepare and present proposals and business plans to optimize efficiency, enhance client loyalty and participate and support other AMC projects
      • Work closely with Metrojet internal teams in generating and closing new Aircraft Management Agreements (AMA)
      • Organise and participate in networking activities (trade shows, conferences, air shows etc.) to actively promote Metrojet for business development opportunities and keep abreast of the latest trends in the market
      • Work closely with OEM’s, Financial Institutions, Partners, MRO Providers and Operators etc. to expand network in order to generate leads for AMA’s.
      • Identify and sign new clients for aircraft management
      • Provide counsel and actively participate in the negotiation of AMA T&C’s
      • Track, report, and update sales leads on a regular basis
      • Prepare and advise annual sales budget and pricing review

Job Specification

        • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, or other relevant degree
        • At least 7 years’ relevant sales and client account management experience at the aircraft owner, executive director, or key influencer level, preferably gained from multi-cultural environments within Asia Pacific region and business aviation industry
        • P&L management, strategic development and risk mitigation
        • Commercial and financial planning, forecasting and review
        • Strong personal character possessing high level of ethics and integrity
        • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
        • Aptitude inherent to a highly effective sales leadership role
        • Collaboratively and proactively define, build, maintain and leverage strategic client relationships resulting in a win-win relationship
        • Self-starter, ability to work independently and within a team environment
        • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with a confident and proactive character
        • Strong negotiation skills, business/ financial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset
        • Ability to handle challenging situations, ambiguity and complex demands

THE PHILIPPINES

Job Purpose:

This role is to support the implementation of infrastructure projects, provide system, network analyzing & troubleshooting, and Backend systems administration and management.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide system, network analyzing, and troubleshooting to all APAC offices
  • Backend systems administration and management
  • Prepare users/server technical documentation
  • Liaise and coordinate with corporate IT teams to support and resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor and maintain server room facilities, server, and communication network
  • Support the implementation of the infrastructure project and manage vendor activities
  • Flexible and able to adapt to project challenges and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Specifications:

Education:

  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines

Experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in the IT field with exposure to production change management and system administration
  • Aviation industry knowledge is a plus

Specific Competencies, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • 2 years of relevant experience in system administration and network support
  • Solid Experience in Office 365 environment, Windows Servers, Active Directory, network switches, firewall, Wi-Fi, and VPN appliance
  • Solid Experience in virtualization under hyper-converged infrastructure
  • Good analytical, organizing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to perform duties under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills are a must
  • Good command of written and spoken English

Additional Qualities Desired:

  • Weekend shift duties may be required
