HONG KONG

Job Purpose

 

Be the main point of contact between the client, CRM, Lead Captains, Flight Ops, and worldwide MRO. Be accountable for continuing airworthiness compliance, maintenance management and asset management.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Co-ordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events including AOG recovery and take part in a 24/7 AOG call out roster. Act as liaison between the client, Lead Captain, Ops and MRO for any airworthiness related matters. Communicate with client, Lead Captain and Ops for any changes in flight schedule. Organize maintenance in an effective and efficient manner to minimize cost and down time.
  2. Ensure regulatory compliance and Certificate of Airworthiness continuity. Comply Minimum Equipment List and Maintenance Program, and directly liaise with authorities for various approvals.
  3. Review and ensure compliance of Airworthiness Directive and technical directives. Evaluate Aircraft Service Change, Service Bulletin and optional modification for incorporation value within the warranty period.
  4. Responsible for Technical Records management and maintenance data update.
  5. Monitor Acceptable Deferrable Defect (including interior defect) for expiry, aircraft operating restrictions and spare status.
  6. Complete 100% audit of maintenance workcards/Return to Service / Certificate of Release to Service. Monitor and update aircraft maintenance tracking system (CAMP) for aircraft maintenance status.
  7. Review maintenance invoices.
  8. Project lead of aircraft deliveries and ownership/operator transfers, audits from banks, ISBAO, etc.
  9. Control aircraft spares/inventory, warranty, insurance, subscriptions and programs.
  10. Build a positive and transparent relationship internally and externally.
  11. Assist ad-hoc projects / tasks as instructed by the management.

 

Job Specifications

Education:         

  • Degree Holder in any aviation or relevant disciplines is preferable

  • Preferably holding a Maintenance Engineer License

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of maintenance/airworthiness experience in the aviation industry

Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Computer literacy

  • Good command in both the written and spoken English is essential

  • Multi-tasking

Job Purpose

As the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC), you will be the point of operational ownership for all business jet trip requests—planning, coordinating, executing, and overseeing each mission to ensure a smooth, discreet, and high-standard services for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

 

Key Accountabilities:

1. Be the first point of contact for the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) for Metrojet Flight Operations services.

2. Manage all client communications, including enquiries, new trip requests, and itinerary changes, delivering timely, consultative, and personalized solutions.

3. Coordinate crew assignments with Lead Captains (LC) and support crewing changes with Flight Operations Management when required.

4. Monitor crew compliance and readiness, including FDP/FTL limits, rest and days off, qualifications, training, licenses, and landing recency.

5. Enter and maintain accurate trip details in the flight scheduling system to ensure timely distribution to all relevant parties.

6. Liaise with vendors to obtain operational requirements and constraints for destination/alternate airports, FIRs, and air routes

 

Job Specifications

Education:

  • Minimum of 3 years of aviation experience with bachelor’s degree in aviation, hospitality or related field

 

Experience:

  • Holder of FAA dispatcher certificate is an advantage
  • Proficiency in managing charter flights is an advantage
  • Proficiency in flight scheduling system, FOS is preferred
  • A thorough knowledge of Flight Time Limitations (FTLs)

This position mainly supports the growth of aircraft parts sales and aftermarket service programs. The role focuses on driving revenue through parts distribution and maintenance-related programs within the business aviation sector.

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities for aircraft parts, components, and aftermarket programs (e.g., maintenance support, component repair, After-Market programs).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding parts sales and aftermarket services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
