Metrojet is very pleased to announce that Mr Dave Yip, previously Managing Director, MRO, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective 1 October 2023. Dave will oversee all of Metrojet’s business units: Aircraft Management and Charter, Hong Kong SAR MRO and Metrojet Engineering Clark (MEC) in the Philippines.
Dave brings over 25 years of extensive management experience in both business and commercial aviation including his tenure as COO of Hongkong Jet, overseeing all aircraft management and maintenance functions. His broad business aviation experience coupled with his significant market knowledge will assist in the profitable growth and expansion efforts of our business.
Metrojet’s CEO, Gary Dolski, and the Management Board welcomes Dave to his new position, and the new COO commented: “The new organisation structure planned by Gary in our 3-year corporate plan brings the management and maintenance units together and enhances the business synergies within.
