Following the difficult times caused by the global pandemic, the 54th edition of the International Pairs Air Show finally took place gathering the key players in the aviation industry. Sir Michael Kadoorie attended the world’s largest Air Show and was accompanied by Mr. John Leigh of the Kadoorie office and Gary Dolski, Metrojet’s CEO.
Sir Michael Kadoorie visited the Haite Group booth and met with Chairman Li Bao. The exchange between the Chairmen was a long time coming, was their first meeting in person and represented an important step to consolidating a long-term cooperative relationship between Haite and Metrojet. Both Chairmen and their respective companies share a common vision and goal and wish to make a greater contribution to the development of the business aviation industry.
In 2022, Metrojet Limited acquired Funian Aviation Co., Ltd. located in Shenzhen with Execujet Haite; the subsidiary company of the Haite Group. The joint venture partners provide financial support, operational and management expertise and strategic guidance to Funian Aviation. We collectively believe in the huge potential of Funian Aviation to become an outstanding aviation company and act as an introductory steppingstone in the Metrojet / Haite relationship to increase our presence in the People’s Republic of China and the Asia Pacific region.
