ROUTINE MONITORING OF YOUR AIRCRAFT FUEL TANKS WITH METROJET ENGINEERING CLARK

The fuel probe is an essential element for monitoring fuel level fluctuations. Regular assessment of the capacitance and resistance of each probe are vital for ensuring safe and efficient flight operations. These inspections necessitate a team of experts who possess not only extensive experience but also a keen attention to detail.

In early July, Metrojet Engineering Clark (MEC) conducted a capacitance inspections and cleaning on all fuel probes of a Gulfstream G550 aircraft. During the inspection, some corrosion was identified, prompting MEC engineers to skillfully replace a total of 18 probes in a timely manner. Additionally, MEC team provided a complimentary exterior wet wash. Throughout the process, MEC engineers maintained a close communication with the client, and we are pleased to report receiving positive feedback, marking the successful completion of this maintenance.
