Job Purpose:

The role is responsible for assisting the company to bill and collect payment from customer, handle customer dispute and general office clerical and administrative support.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Generate invoices and account statements.
  • Maintain billing system, send invoices to customer and ensure on-time and accurate payment from customer.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, contact clients who are late or overdue with their payments, draft and send out reminders, demands, and final demand letters.

Job Purpose

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing Aircraft Management and Charter (AMC) Business Development and Sales, focusing on Hong Kong and Asia Pacific regions.

Key Accountabilities:

      • Accountable for developing and capturing new business (including aircraft management, charter and aircraft sales) to meet/exceed annual sales targets in a sustainable and profitable manner
      • Devise sales strategy and provide market insights and analysis to D-AMC / MD AMC for any business opportunities and to expand the Metrojet service offering

Job Purpose

Responsible to the Manager Quality Assurance and Safety (MQA) to assist with the compliance monitoring of all the NAAs regulatory requirements applicable to Metrojet through internal and external audits in accordance with the company’s audit plan.

The Lead Engineer will also assist the MQA to coordination with all staff to ensure compliance with the relevant airworthiness requirements and ensure all records and procedures as laid down in the Maintenance Organisation Exposition and other technical documents are complied with.

Key Accountabilities

      • Carry out, in accordance with the set programs, auditing of Metrojet Limited (MTJ) Technical Activities or agents operated aircraft, facilities, related functions and procedures to ensure compliance with the MTJ procedures, support agreement and airworthiness authority’s standards and requirements for its aircraft types.
      • Reporting on all significant airworthiness and certification matters to the MQA in the manner prescribed in the Metrojet Maintenance Procedures (MMP) Manual or Exposition.
      • Analyse the findings and results from audits, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and monitor remedial actions for any reported deviation or discrepancy.
      • Raise accurate and concise technical reports at the conclusion of any investigation, or audit.
      • Support the running of the company staff Authorisation and Training system, including assessment of staff.
      • To bring to the attention of the MQA any trends or events that may affect the smooth running of the section or compromise the company’s compliance with the responsible National Airworthiness Authority’s (NAA) rules and regulations.
      • Carry out investigations into significant defects and/or incidents/accidents related to quality and standards of all MTJ aircrafts, and those of its customers.
      • Maintain proper co-operation and liaison with other groups within the Quality Assurance and CAMO Sections to ensure that all aspects of the CAMO Department are operating as intended.
      • Assist with the drafting, review and control of MTJ technical documents, such as MMPs, MOE, RSM and TPM or any procedures as required.
      • Supervision, training (O.J.T) and guidance of all staff that may be placed under his/her control.
      • Carry out maintenance capability self-assessment and support application from appropriate NAAs.
      • Other tasks that assigned by the direct supervisor.

        • Qualified with a Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related disciplines.
        • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in aircraft engineering and quality assurance.
        • Holder of valid HKCAD License or equivalent in base maintenance level environment, desirable.
