Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide full range of executive and administrative support including business schedules and travel arrangements.
  • Arrange meetings, conferences and communications as required. Timely preparation of correspondence, minutes, reports, emails, materials for publications and presentations.
  • Participate in business meetings as required, including regular management and board meetings for corporate and joint venture offices.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties regarding business issues and assist communication of directives and information from CEO to all staff. Follow up on assignments as required.
  • Secretary for Executive Board meetings (EC and Board) with the Parent/Group Company, Metrojet Management Board, etc.
  • Key interface between the CEO and clients on strategic business matters, accompanying the CEO to client meetings as when required.
  • Coordinate with company secretaries and Parent/Group Company to arrange board minutes, written resolutions and various registers for transactions such as share transfer, financing and bank signatory changes etc.
  • Translation of documents and correspondence from English to Chinese, or vice versa.
  • Commercial support including but not limited to project facilitation, conducting research, organizing databases, and compiling reports as required.
  • Perform any other ad hoc business duties as required by the CEO.


Job Specifications

  • Ideally Business Degree or MBA equivalent
  • Min. 5 years executive secretarial management experience in a corporate environment
  • Ideally previous experience in aviation/business aviation preferred.
  • General management with strong organizational skills, solid business aviation knowledge,
  • Self-driven, works independently to deadlines, with minimum instruction supervision
  • Tactful, diplomatic, exercises good judgment and maintains confidentiality. Ethics and integrity are key attributes.

Job Purpose:

This role is to work in HKMRO to support the day-to-day operations. The work mainly performed painting and cabin interior repair (wood and leather). Occasional, the technician requested support BM or LM if operational needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform wood repair, Touch-Up and/or refinishing.
  • Perform exterior / interior painting job.
  • Perform Leather cleaning / repair using various cleaning & repair techniques including matching fill, grain and color. Refinish if needed.

Job Purpose:

The role is to act as a contact interface between client and Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) to take ownership of the flight trip planning, co-ordination, execution, and be responsible for ensuring the satisfactory delivery of services, for all flight trip requests from internal and external clients. To support the IOC Manager and DMIOC in the establishment of training programs and procedures for IOC staff. To ensure that the IOC training programs and procedures are continuously developed to keep pace with the growth of technology and changing operational environment of meeting client service requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact between client and Metrojet flight operations services.
  • Respond to all client messages providing solutions to specific enquiries, new flight reservation requests and changes on the existing reservations, in a prompt, consultative, personalized and efficient way in order to guarantee that the client needs are met and/or exceeded.
  • Coordinate with Lead Captains (LC) on assigning flight crew.
  • Monitor crew Flight Duty Period (FDP), rest and day off requirements to ensure compliance with the FTL scheme and also check crew qualifications, training records, license and landing recency to ensure operations excellence.
  • Liaise with Flight Operations management for a replacement plan regarding crewing issue.
  • Submit all trip information via flight scheduling system to ensure relevant information is passed to related parties.
  • Liaise with vendors for operational information of destination and alternate airports, Flight Information Regions (FIR) and air routes.
  • Coordinate with Pilot in Command (PIC) for aircraft ground handling requirements, as well as crew logistical support including hotel, ground transportation and repositioning.
  • Monitor vendor’s services to ensure successful operation of flights, and follow up progress throughout the trip.
  • Coordinate with client for flight related service requirements including hotel, ground transportation, catering and passenger handling.
  • Liaise with client over itinerary changes, latest passenger lists and any additional information required during the trip.
  • Provide updates of trip arrangements to client from time to time.
  • Be the daily controller who responsible for assigning duties to the team to ensure even workload among the team.
  • Monitoring the daily operations of IOC to ensure all services are being delivered to clients and crew efficiently and accurately.
  • To conduct quality check for flights which will operate in the next 72 hours.
  • To support the MIOC and DMIOC in the establishment of training programs and procedures for IOC staff.
  • Managing the induction training and the ongoing professional skills training of IOC staff.
  • In conjunction with the MIOC and DMIOC, standardizing qualifications and establishing an initial / recurrent training syllabus, and examination and evaluation program for IOC staff.
  • In conjunction with the MIOC and DMIOC, establishing procedures for flight planning and trip production. Ensuring the effective and successful maintenance of the flight schedules of Company aircraft.


Job Specifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of aviation experience with bachelor’s degree in aviation, hospitality or related field
  • Holder of FAA dispatcher certificate is an advantage
  • Proficiency in managing charter flights is an advantage
  • Proficiency in flight scheduling system, FOS is preferred
  • A thorough knowledge of Flight Time Limitations (FTLs)
  • Experience of managing high-volume of plan/ schedule and ability to work shift
